in Faro Park -Playa Blanca, Lanzarote
Exterior: The Villa is self
contained, private and faces south west towards Fuerteventura. This orientation
allows the pool and patio area to soak up the
hot African sun while the front of the property is subject to the cooling
breezes found on Lanzarote. A dedicated car parking space is adjacent
to the front entrance.
The pool and solarium area is finished
in unpolished Treventino marble to ensure grip and all interior and exterior
wood finishings are of teak. An outdoor, covered
eating area with an adjacent barbeque ensures “al fresco”
dining will be a priority. A small pergola between the pool and the outdoor
eating area offers shade when a break from
the ever present sun shine is required. A natural volcanic wall
surrounds the perimeter of the pool and sun terrace giving it privacy
and seclusion. The Villa is a single story design and like all
surrounding properties has unique architectural features that lend it
a distinct character.
Interiors: The
Villa has two bedrooms and two
bathrooms. The master bedroom is ensuite and contains a king size
bed. The secondary bedroom has two single beds and a travel cot is available.
Both bedrooms have ample wardrobe space. All floors, bathrooms and worktops
are finished in polished marble.
The kitchen is well
equipped with the latest gadgets to make self catering an easy affair.
A generously proportioned lounge area
that has comfortable seating and audio/video equipment makes this an area
to relax in while you are not enjoying the beaches.
Capacity:
4 adults + 1 Baby comfortably.
Additional 2 adults sofa bed in the lounge area.
Services Provided:
- All towels and bed linen are included.
- If your stay is longer than 7 nights then an additional
bathroom clean and bed linen change is included in the price.
- If your stay is less than 7 nights then a mid stay
bathroom clean and bed linen change is available at an additional charge
of £30.
Electrical appliances &
equipment provided:
Lounge Area: CD/DVD/Radio/ TV - A surround
sound audio system is installed.
Kitchen: Oven, washer, dryer, hob, fridge, dish washer
and microwave.
Note:
- The normal villa booking runs from Thursday to Thursday.
Other arrangements and long term lets will be considered.
- This villa is strictly non-smoking inside the building.
- Beach towels are not provided so please bring your own.
